My name is Monika Cavazos and I'm the founder of Cavmon Photography. I'm a wedding photographer based in Houston, Texas, although I'm originally from Poland. My love for photography started over 15 years ago when I picked up my first mirror camera. The past few years I've spent working with a non-profit organization as an event photographer and content creator. After trying different kinds of photography over the years, shooting outdoors with natural light, as well as shooting in studios, I came to the realization that wedding photography is the path I want to follow. My goal is to capture your special day as a natural and cohesive story. We will do some staged pictures, but I also care a lot about catching those spontaneous, candid and very natural moments from your wedding. I love shooting with natural light, but I'm not afraid to use flash when needed. Capturing one of the most important days of someone's life is a privilege that I'm thankful for.
